The accommodation is spread across two floors:

  • 1st floor: two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed for two people, the other with a double bed. Bathroom with shower. A second toilet.
  • 2nd floor: dining room, with a sofa bed where the fifth guest can sleep, kitchen, terrace, and solarium.

Equipment

TV, refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, “Dolce Gusto” coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and all the crockery and pans for eating and cooking, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning in all rooms with heat pump.

Services

  • Reception from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM (September to June), from 8 AM to 5 PM (July), from 8 AM to 3 PM (August), at the building on Via de l’Imperi Romà 11.
    Free Wi-Fi.
  • Sheets, towels, 20 ml shampoo are included for each guest.
  • Courtesy food items: olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, polyol-mint, tea, coffee, and some coffee capsules and latte for the coffee machine.
  • Change of sheets and towels for stays longer than one week, weekly change.
